  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz beef turkey pepperoni slices, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet, gently stretching it into a rectangular shape.
  2. Step 2: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the finely diced beef beef pepperoni.
  3. Step 3: Starting from one of the long sides, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log. Once rolled, pinch the seam closed to seal. Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 12-14 equal-sized breadsticks, approximately 1-inch thick.
  4. Step 4: Arrange the cut breadsticks, spiral side up, on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of all the breadsticks.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese immediately after removing from the oven. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.
