Description
Effortless dinner! One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies: savory kielbasa, crisp broccoli, peppers, onion, with sweet glaze. Oven-roasted for fast flavor, easy cleanup. Recipe & nutrition info!
Ingredients
Scale
- 14 ounces smoked kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 large bell peppers (any color), cored and cut into 1-inch strips
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch wedges
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa, broccoli florets, bell pepper strips, and red onion wedges.
- Step 3: In a small separate bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil until the sauce is well combined.
- Step 4: Pour the honey garlic sauce over the kielbasa and vegetables in the large mixing bowl. Toss everything gently to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Step 5: Spread the coated kielbasa and vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
- Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp and the kielbasa is lightly browned and heated through. Stir the mixture halfway through baking for even cooking. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Leftovers keep wonderfully! Store any remaining kielbasa and veggies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days for a quick lunch later.
- For best results when reheating, pop leftovers back in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or microwave briefly until heated through, stirring halfway.
- While fantastic on its own, try serving this delicious dish over a bed of fluffy white rice or quinoa to soak up every last drop of that amazing honey garlic sauce!
- Elevate the flavor by adding a dash of sriracha or red pepper flakes to the honey garlic sauce for a little kick, or a squeeze of fresh lime juice after baking for brightness!
